Specifications include, but are not limited to: professional planning services to update the Interior Alaska Transportation Plan (IATP). The focus of the IATP will be on regional transportation needs, such as movements between communities, both in and out of the study area. It will also address major local transportation needs that have widespread importance across the region. The IATP is a 20-year regional multi-modal transportation plan that will guide future public investments in the transportation infrastructure of Interior Alaska. ; The plan is estimated to be completed in no more than 24 months and the final product will be a concise, user friendly document.
