Specifications include, but are not limited to: The RMA sought must include the following features: 1. Box Storage/Inventory/Tracking RMA must provide ability to match configured shelving units (including bar-coded locations) in the system. Software must track location and movement of boxes throughout the JRC and the courts. Tracking functionality must be used for records stored onsite as well as with the offsite vendor 2. File Management Software must provide ability to account for records at the file level. System should map a parent-child hierarchical relationship between box records and the files they contain. 3. Security The RMA must provide security settings and an individual user and departmental levels. The RMA should have the ability to assign a security or access classification to either an individual record or a series of records. The security classification should operate horizontally, according to membership in units or work groups, as well as vertically, according to rank. 4. Search/Request The RMA must maintain an inventory of all boxes of records and files accounted for in the system. Users must be able to search inventory based on the security settings and submit retrieval requests at both the file and box level.
