Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Community Center Rooftop HVAC Units 1&2 Replacement Project includes but is not limited to replacing two existing rooftop HVAC units at the Carson City Community Center. The bid price shall include costs for engineer design and specifications, local and state permitting, removal of existing units, installation of new units with any required plumbing/venting, and all tools, equipment, materials, and labor for the full installation of the two new HVAC units. The project includes all common phases of construction customarily associated with this type of project. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, specifications and special conditions related hereto.; A. Measurement for all bid items will be Lump Sum; B. Payment for all items shall be made at the unit price named in the bid response. Coordinate all work with Carson City Facility Maintenance Staff.; C. The bid price shall include all costs for engineer design, permitting and specifications, removal of HVAC Units, furnishing and installing the new equipment, plumbing/ventilation installation, all pipe and fitting installations and any other labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals required to perform the complete HVAC equipment replacement. The new equipment must be sized to meet or exceed the existing system capacity of the 2 existing HVAC units.; 1. Installing or testing electrical protective signaling systems used to provide notification of fire, burglary or other irregularities on the premises of the subscriber of the system; 2. Installing of wiring and signaling units; 3. Repairing electrical protective signaling systems; 4. Starting up, programming and documenting systems; 1. Constructing, assembling, maintaining and repairing stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries; 2. Aligning structures or plate sections to assemble boiler frame tanks or vats; 3. Assisting in the testing of assembled vessels, directing cleaning of boilers and boiler furnaces; 4. Inspecting and repairing boiler fittings, including, without limitation, safety valves, regulators, automatic-control mechanisms, water columns and auxiliary machines.
