Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Division of Fish and Wildlife(DFW) annually provides 50 percent of its annual state waterfowl stamp revenue, approximately $64,000, to an appropriate nonprofit organization to utilize this funding for the development of waterfowl propagation areas in Canada from which come substantial numbers of waterfowl migrating to and through Delaware. The DFW is seeking to establish a professional services contract with an eligible non-profit organization to continue this work under a 10-year agreement that begins in Calendar Year 2022. In addition to satisfactorily meeting the criteria outlined in this RFP, the nonprofit partner must meet the eligibility criteria listed below. •Any non-profit organization with a demonstrated competence in or history of developing breeding waterfowl habitat conservation in Canada is eligible to submit a proposal. •The non-profit organization must ensure compliance with applicable international, federal, state, county, and municipal laws, regulations, rules and ordinances affecting the conduct of the work. •The non-profit organization shall indemnify and save harmless the State of Delaware, the agency, and all officers, agency, and servants thereof against any claim or liability arising from or based upon the violation of any such laws, ordinances, regulations, orders, or decrees whether by itself or by its employees. •All necessary permits, licenses, insurance policies, etc. required by local, State, Federal, International laws, shall be provided by the non-profit organization at its own expense.
