Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Project generally includes the construction of new underground primary power (12,470GrdY/7,200V, three-phase, 60-Hz) upgrades at the Meridian Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). 2. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following major components: a. Primary power project elements: 1) Underground raceways 2) 15-kV rated circuits. 3) Installing and commissioning two Owner-furnished vacuum interrupt pad mounted switchgear as shown on the Drawings, and placement of the spare unit at a project site storage location as specified by Owner. The Owner has ordered the switchgear specified in Section 26 13 29, Owner-Furnished Vacuum Interrupt Pad-Mounted Switchgear, and are expecting delivery during the identified construction period. 4) Installing and commissioning Owner-furnished liquid-filled pad mounted transformers. a) Four existing spare Owner-Furnished transformers are presently located at the Meridian WRRF facility. b) The Owner has ordered the transformers specified in Section 26 12 19, Owner-Furnished Pad-Mounted, Liquid-Filled, Medium-Voltage Transformers, and are expecting delivery during the identified construction period. 5) Removal of existing Meridian WRRF-owned 12,470GrdY/7,200V, three phase, 60-Hz overhead power line.
