Specifications include, but are not limited to: 24-hour monitoring of fire and security alarm system through Underwriter Laboratory (UL) listed central monitoring station. Maintain UL certification of fire and security alarm system in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association Code 72, latest edition adopted by the State of California. Replace system batteries annually (cost to be included in monthly service fee). Document and provide a list of the make, model and serial number of fire and security alarm equipment to Headquarters' Facilities Analyst. Provide annual testing of the fire and security alarm system, including all devices. Test results to be sent to the CHP on-site contact as well as the Headquarters' Facilities Analyst at P.O. Box 94298.
