Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.The work consists of, but is not limited to, the completion of a web based digitaldashboard utilizing Microsoft BI to display LEA Federal Funding allocations andexpenditures to be viewed by a public audience, as well as another set of reports for SEAset aside projects.2.The work includes data metrics including charts, graphs, and other visual aids, etc., todisplay key funding data for each LEA (some 60+ entities).3.The work to be performed shall include the following major components:a.Federal Funding data by LEA, the associated federal funding program, the amountawarded, the amount expended, and the amount remaining.b.Other information related to federal funding requirements as determined by the VTAOE (e.g. URL link for each LEA’s ARP ESSER Plan).c.SEA projects: description of project, the amount awarded, the amount expended,and the amount remaining.d.Dashboard designed to be expandable for future funding streams.
