Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a future plan for the designate village of South Royalton. The Town of Royalton is seeking assistance from qualified firms to provide planning services to draft a village capacity map and an actionable village plan. This includes • Identifying available capacity including infrastructure and available lots • Receiving and incorporating community input regarding desirable features and appropriate scale of development • Crafting a build out model that includes actionable information including a map of the area, number of proposed housing units and amount of commercial space proposed. The Town of Royalton is hoping to create a plan that will increase the sense of place within the South Royalton Village. The ideal plan will support business development, increase services and housing available to residents, and increase overall the desirability of South Royalton Village.
