Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide Communications Department Assessment Services.; • An analysis of BCSD’s current communication components, to include existing: o Policies o Strategies o Media relationships o Internal and External messaging • The facilitation of focus groups to obtain feedback/input from our key internal and external audience/stakeholders: o Parents o Educators o Administrators o Staff o Community partners o Board members o Students o General Public Communications Department Assessment Services RFP #22-014 19 • An analysis of the consistency of messaging across district schools, to include the various platforms/apps utilized. • An analysis of district and individual school branding and logo use. • An assessment of communication roles and structure across the district (District Office staff, social media and web admins, etc.) • Recommendations for improving our current communications efforts, both at the district and individual school level. • Implementation assistance for recommended actions.
