Specifications include, but are not limited to: Increase coordination and alignment between the Department and other statewide systems that impact young children and families; Increase the capacity of health systems to deliver and effectively connect families to a continuum of services that promote early developmental health and family wellbeing; Increase the capacity of health systems to gather and ask families about health equity data and increase the capacity of health systems to complete and use Plans of Safe Care; Identify and recommend policy and financing strategies that support the funding and sustainability of multigenerational, preventive services and systems; and Increase state-level capacity to advance equitable and improved access to services for early childhood families.
