Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide field service and laboratory analysis as needed to diagnose and prevent potentially harmful conditions in systems (open and closed loops). Provide appropriate corrections to restore water quality and system integrity before system damage occurs and therefore maximize system efficiency.; • Provide a minimum of monthly service visits to perform field inspections and make water analysis on site; however, if contractor determines more visits are required to maintain appropriate levels, they may do so at no cost to the Las Vegas Convention Center.; • Provider to detail findings and provide, in writing on proper practices, cycles, ppm levels, and chemical treating requirements and corrective actions (i.e. monthly service reports).; • On-site service to be provided by the contractor’s representative with at least five (5) years of experience.; o Provide phone numbers (office, mobile, fax, etc) of representative (s); o Service calls placed by the LVCVA shall be responded by returning the call within two hours. If an on-site visit is needed to resolve the issue, then a response time within four hours is needed, or as coordinated with the LVCVA representative.; • Provide technical service representative to complete all contractor special equipment installations, if needed. All such equipment is the responsibility of the contractor to provide and maintain.; • Provide all laboratory and technical assistance services during the contract term. All water, biological, and metallurgical analysis shall be performed, as needed.; • Provide corrosion coupon analysis: o Coupon analysis shall be conducted on open water systems on a quarterly basis.; o Coupon analysis shall be conducted on closed water systems twice a year.; o Provide a copy of corrosion coupon analytical report from the company’s laboratory as an example of this particular work performed in the past, as requested.; o Coupon racks will be maintained by the contractor.; • Microbiological Analysis:; o Provide a Microbiological Analysis on each open water system every six (6) months or as requested by a LVCVA representative.; o A microbiological analysis shall be conducted on the closed water systems once a year or as requested by a LVCVA representative.; o Provide a copy of a microbiological analysis from the company’s laboratory as an example of this particular work performed in the past, as requested.
