Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Deliver project plan to identified AOE staff describing, at a minimum, meeting schedules, key deliverables, and milestones, the final summary report, person(s) responsible, and timeline for delivery.; 2. Ensure two-week review period prior to deploying any document or communication with identified respondents.; 3. Develop and deploy survey instrument that provides, at minimum, the following data elements: a. Response Rates and Percent Positive data as defined by the VT AOE at the statewide and local district levels to fulfill requirements for the Vermont State IDEA Part B State Performance Plan (SPP), the 02/01/2023 and the 02/01/2024 Vermont Part B Annual Performance Reports (APR).; b. Survey statement rankings relative to parents’ positive response.; c. For IDEA Part B surveys measure parent perceptions of: i. the efforts schools and early intervention providers make to partner with parents; ii. the programs’ service quality; iii. the parent’s own participation in their child’s education and school life; iv. the overall impact of the services on the family.; 4. Deliver survey results in a report to AOE staff by the due date.
