The Air Force is seeking sources for a potential competitive 100% Small Business set aside. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information on qualified and experienced contractors interested in providing proposals for Cleaning, Assessing, and In-place Closure of Underground Storage Tanks. IF ADEQUATE RESPONSES ARE NOT RECEIVED FROM THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CONCERNS, THE ACQUISITION MAY BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS.
The Cleaning, Assessing, and In-place Closure of Underground Storage Tanks contract is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to permanently close three (3) diesel fuel underground storage tanks (USTs) and their respective associated piping in accordance with North Dakota Administrative Code (NDAC) 33-24-08-61. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to perform the repairs at Building 638 on GFAFB, ND 58205. The contractor shall be responsible for providing and installing all parts required for repairs. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562910, Remediation Services, and the small business size standard of $15M.
