Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review and finalize plans with BPRW Staff: • Using preliminary plan provided with proposal as starting point, obtain input from stakeholders to refine plan to suit stakeholders and fit budget.; Equipment specifications, Final Construction Plan, Rendered Site Plan & Perspectives (All as PDF’s): • Final construction documents shall be scaled, including any written specifications. This drawing shall be submitted by BPRW to obtain Building Permit.; • Rendered site plan(s) will be used to communicate project to stakeholders and public.; • Equipment list. Complete list of all equipment, accessories and any applicable accessibility standard and ASTM compliance, surface finishes, etc.; Permitting: • BPRW shall obtain City of Burlington Zoning Permit.; • BPRW shall obtain City of Burlington Building Permit.; Construction: • Selected fitness equipment provider/installer shall coordinate installation schedule with BPRW.; • Selected fitness equipment provider/installer shall be responsible for ensuring equipment and installation are compliant with City of Burlington Building Codes.; • Selected fitness equipment provider/installer shall be responsible for all aspects of installation, including site preparation, equipment installation, accessory installation and installation of any ground surfacing.; Post-Construction: • Selected fitness equipment provider/installer shall be liable for installation until City of Burlington Building Permit is closed and a Certificate of Occupancy is obtained.; • Selected fitness equipment provider/installer shall provide a written warranty for all equipment.; • Selected fitness equipment provider/installer shall provide a recommended preventive maintenance plan for the entire installation.
