Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Air Handling Units, Unit Ventilators (Keever and Lambert) 1. Review any issues noted by ISBVI Staff.; 2. Review sequence of operation. Obtain manuals from ISBVI Staff or provide.; 3. Ensure unit operates as designed by manipulating appropriate controllers (thermostats, outdoor air switches, timers, etc.) while maintaining occupant comfort.4. Ensure all valve and damper actuators operate correctly.; B. Air Cooled Condensing Units – Split System 1. Perform in conjunction with applicable air handling unit service if possible.; 2. Review any issues noted by ISBVI Staff.; 3. Review sequence of operation. Obtain manuals from ISBVI Staff or provide.; 4. Ensure unit operates as designed by manipulating appropriate air handler controls while maintaining occupant comfort. ; C. Air Cooled Condensing Units – Chillers 1. Review any issues noted by ISBVI Staff.; 2. Review sequence of operation. Obtain manuals from ISBVI Staff or provide.; 3. Ensure unit operates as designed by manipulating appropriate controls while maintaining occupant comfort.; 4. Depending on make and model check operation of the following: Oil level and/or oil safety devices; Low pressure switches; Other compressor protection devices
