Specifications include, but are not limited to: Educational Diagnostician. Educational Diagnosticians must have proof of a current and valid certification with the State Board for Educator Certification as outlined in the Texas Administrative Code §239.84. Bilingual Educational Diagnostician. Educational Diagnosticians must have proof of a current and valid certification with the State Board for Educator Certification as outlined in the Texas Administrative Code §239.84. Additionally, Bilingual Educational Diagnostician must have additional training and experience in bilingual evaluation including knowledge of second language acquisition. Contractor must be able to provide proof of such training. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). SLPs must have proof of a current and valid license with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. SLPs must meet the licensing requirements as outlined in §11.30 of the SpeechLanguage Pathologists and Audiologists Administrative Rules.
