Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful response must include the following deliverables. 1. Access to an online Learning Management System that meets the following specifications. a. Provides online training toward industry-required skills in technology, advanced manufacturing, and other occupations such as: Technology: web developer, computer support specialist, systems analyst; Advanced Manufacturing: industrial and mechanical engineering technologist, machinist Skilled Trades: automotive, service technician, drafter, electrician; and Health Professions: nursing assistants, radiologic technologist, surgical technologist; b. Provides online job-readiness services to enhance life skills, or soft skills, necessary for individuals to be successful in the work environment. Job-readiness content mustbe provided by established and recognized educational content providers. Access tojob-readiness content is available to all Texans who meet minimal criteria that will be established by TWC. c. Allows 24/7 access to training and job-readiness content from a computer or mobile device with internet access. d. Meets accessibility standards outlined in Section 11 of the Terms & Conditions, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment 1. e. Includes online resources to help individuals understand how to use the Learning Management System and support to address users’ technical issues, including live technical support. f. Provides evidence of completion, such as a printable and/or downloadable certificates, to users for each course completed, independent of any certification awarded.
