Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specialty Services for Children with Medical Complexity; specialty services for children with medical complexity from birth to 21 years of age. The selected Vendor will provide services to: 1.1.1. Enhance comprehensive care for Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) whose access to appropriate care is complicated by disability, economic, cultural, linguistic, and/or other social/structural barriers; 1.1.2. Increase the participation of families with CSHCN in planning and delivery of services in all programmatic areas, including the assessment of consumer satisfaction; and 1.1.3. Enhance the ability of established organizations linked to communities to provide quality health care and family support to CSHCN.
