Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Mitigation Projects-Construction (other than Properly Acquisition/Structure Demolition, Structure Elevation, and Reconstruction: Record keeping and financial management; Geocoding mitigation projects identified for further review by FEMA; Delivery of technical assistance (e.g., plan reviews, BCA reviews, EHP data gathering, appraisal coordination, outreach, training) to support the implementation of mitigation activities; Managing awards (e.g., quarterly reporting, reimbursement requests, closeout); Technical monitoring (e.g., site visits, technical meetings); Project Monitoring: monitor and evaluate the progress of the mitigation activity in accordance with the approved SOW and budget, administrative requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, applicable State requirements.
