Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Removal of Honeywell HC900 PLC and associated components including: );> Honeywell 559-T12 HMI screen );> PLC and input/output modules • Installation and automation programming of a new PLC to control the water treatment process automation, • Unit must send status alarms to the existing Honeywell EBI system for 24x7 monitoring at the Long-Term Care Facility reception area. Please see below for existing alarm capability which is the minimum requirement. • PLC is to be capable of expansion to include, but not be limited to, integration of future water treatment system components and processes. • Installation and integration of hand/off/auto (HOA) switches in the control cabinet to provide manual control of the water treatment system components, status report to EBI. • Following installation, a thorough systems check, test of the automation, and training of personnel. • Provide separate proposal for general "clean up" of the control cabinet and removal of any retired equipment inside. • Complete the replacement of the PLC within 2-3 days maximum.
