Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work with the member on a plan for initial placement of dumpsters/containers and frequency of service. Furnish all labor, materials, vehicles, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to collect, transport, and dispose of waste/debris and recyclables from designated facilities/locations in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Empty/replace and maintain waste/recycling containers on a temporary or regular scheduled basis in accordance with members’ needs. Render services in a professional manner that does not cause traffic hazards, inconvenience or discomfort to businesses or individuals in the pick-up area. Provide alternate scheduling as necessary coordinating with member-communicated needs for holidays, special events, periods of increased or reduced activity, or inclement weather. Be responsive to changes in levels or frequency of service as requested by the member. Maintain a regular schedule for waste disposal and/or recycling pick up and haul-off. Provide industry standard (or better) and appropriately-sized containers and service levels for each need. Assist with one-off requests to review and haul materials slated for disposal or recycling. Manage cleanup of any spills that occur as a result of vendor loading or container failure.
