Deck connection 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel pipe seal welded to shell.; DRUM HEADS: 3/16” Minimum Thickness 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel including rolled 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel rims, 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel internal gussets, and 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel trunnion sleeves.; SHAFT: 8” Minimum 316L Stainless Steel Pipe, Double Extra Strong; SUPPORT RINGS: Eight 1/2” x 6” 316L Stainless Steel support rings, evenly spaced; CENTER SUPPORT: One 3/8” x 6” T 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel center support ring. ; TRUNNIONS: 21 1/4” Bolt-On Cast Iron Valve Filtrate End and 12”-14” 316L Stainless Steel Drive End ; BEARINGS: Cast iron housing with molded phenolic replaceable liner; TRUNNION PIPES: 2 1/2” Schedule 10 minimum 316L stainless steel trunnion pipes welded into pipe plate and to the filtrate pipes. ; FILTRATE PIPES: 2 1/2”-Schedule 10 Minimum 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel pipes with six (6) lead and two (2) trail pipes per section. Long radius bends are used to reduce piping losses in the filtrate system. ; END RINGS/ DIVISION STRIPS: Two (2) 1/16” X 5/8” End Rings and twenty (20) 1/16” X 5/8” evenly spaced Division Strips, 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel. Division strips are wing design. All joints are seal welded. ; MANWAYS: Two (2) Manways with cover plates and gaskets. One manway per end and they are rotated 180 degrees from each end. Hastelloy C fasteners, Neoprene gaskets set with RTV.; DRAINAGE GRIDS: High Flow drainage grids installed on drum deck.
