Specifications include, but are not limited to: landscape maintenance services for Airfield Falls Trailhead and Conservation Park, totaling approximately 3.5 acres. The areas of the park in need of landscaping services are primarily parking lot landscape beds, a bioswale area, the main lawn and adjacent landscape beds, and landscape beds along the sides of the butterfly plant path.; The main features consist of an open lawn with pavilions and educational features, a butterfly trail along the river, and Tarrant County’s largest natural waterfall. The park also sits on the east side of the Naval Air Station JRB and features an aircraft display, as well as two Texas Historic Markers. The primary objectives of the park are historical preservation, environmental conservation, and education on sustainable landscaping practices.
