Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution to be able to organize, catalog, and tag visual assets used by the University as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University and the awarded Respondent(s). The goal is to share, collaborate, store, and organize current assets and provide reliable data back-up. The University wants to make sure to use the best assets to tell the Universities’ stories by acquiring a DAM solution that has reliable tagging, maximum leverage for visuals assets, collaboration between campuses and shared knowledge between users
