Specifications include, but are not limited to: ransportation analysis of the Sunset Drive Corridor in Mandan, ND fromDivision Street NW to 38th Street NW. Analysis will lead to recommendations for roadway configuration and accessmanagement. The transportation impacts of existing and potential land-use/development will also be considered in thisstudy. Limited model runs for Sunset Drive from the I-94 interchange to 31st Street NW and also Old Red Trail fromSunset Drive to Collins Avenue/ND Highway 1806 performed by ATAC will evaluate the potential effect of roadwayreconfiguration on the corridor and the surrounding roadways. The contract for these model runs will exist between ATACand the MPO, not the consultant. Additional microsimulation services will be performed by the consultant within thisstudy. The Sunset Drive Corridor Study will be conducted in cooperation with the City of Mandan, the North DakotaDepartment of Transportation (NDDOT), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Federal TransitAdministration (FTA).
