Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide the equipment and supplies necessary to complete the services as described in this Subsection 1.2 Scope of Services; Provide a copy of all applicable licenses and/or permits to perform the services, as required by the State of New Hampshire, prior to commencing services; and Maintain active licenses and/or permits to perform these services, as required by the State of New Hampshire, during the entire term of the resulting contract. The selected Applicant must provide services for a minimum of two (2) days a month, up to six (6) hours a day, as mutually scheduled by the Applicant and the Department. The selected Applicant must evaluate the residents in terms of health and disease in order to determine appropriate massage techniques. The Applicant must evaluate residents for: Fever or contagious disease; Skin rash or unhealed wounds; Weakened bone structure or connective tissue; Edema due to chronic heart failure or kidney failure
