Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1. The selected Vendor must conduct activities to attract healthcare providers to practice in New Hampshire and shall use available resources, including, but not limited to: 3.2.1.1. Federal grants and support services available. 3.2.1.2. National publications. 3.2.1.3. Targeted mailings. 3.2.1.4. Advertisements in publications and journals. 3.2.1.5. Direct recruitment through medical and dental schools, residency programs, and other educational institutions. 3.2.1.6. Direct contact with practicing providers or students. 3.2.1.7. On-line job posting platforms. 3.2.1.8. The Department’s Health Professions Workforce Data Center. 3.2.2. The selected Vendor must place a specific emphasis on those areas of the State (https://data.hrsa.gov/tools/shortage-area) that are federally designated underserved areas, including, but not limited to: 3.2.2.1. Health Professional Shortage Areas . 3.2.2.2. Mental Health Professional Shortage Areas. 3.2.2.3. Dental Health Professional Shortage Areas. 3.2.2.4. Medically Underserved Areas. 3.2.2.5. Medically Underserved Populations 3.2.3. The selected Vendor must provide technical assistance to communities, and to organizations and institutions recruiting health care practitioners, on the techniques of recruitment and on measures critical for securing a candidate. 3.2.4. The selected Vendor must engage and encourage health care employers to post provider and clinician vacancies. 3.2.5. The selected Vendor must assist in the development and coordination of training programs, preceptorships and rotations for dental providers and students, using public and private providers, agencies and facilities in the state.
