Specifications include, but are not limited to: the construction of Cell C of the existing Grand Forks Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfill located in the NW corner of 54th Avenue North and 55th Street North adjacent to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota. The landfill cell has been designed to comply with the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ) “Subtitle D” regulations. Work for this Contract shall consist of, but not be limited to furnishing all supervision, personnel, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, storage, facility, services, and supplies required to construct the following: General Work including mobilization, earthwork, landfill liner, leachate collection system, leachate force main, side slope riser vault, sump extension, control buildings, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, site access, and miscellaneous work. Electrical Work including leachate electrical and control system, and leachate control building and sideslope riser vault electrical and control system.
