Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide the necessary services to exterminate burrowing rodents and pests. The work area includes the English Coulee Diversion, Southend Drainway, stormwater ponds, and other associated areas as indicated on the attached maps. This work will involve, but not limited to, controlling the burrowing rodent population in the areas included in this package. This work will be done with a fumigant or other techniques, such as a slurry fill, approved by both parties. Quote selection preference will be given to techniques using a slurry fill method.; The Contractor shall exterminate rodents and pests using a fumigant or other techniques, such as a slurry fill, approved by both parties Quote selection preference will be given to techniques using a slurry fill method.; The Contractor shall perform a post-inspection of the treated area within 1 to 2 days after eradication to assess the effectiveness of the eradication, at no extra charge. If it is determined by the Owner that there is a need to service an area because there was no effectiveness in a particular area, there will be no additional charge for this service. The Contractor and Owner will review this during the postinspection of the treated area. The Contractor is required to eradicate 90% - 95% of all burrowing rodents and pests in the areas identified by the Owner.; The Contractor shall begin requested service within seventy-two (72) hours or three (3) business days of notification from the Owner unless such performance is prevented by an act of nature or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Contractor's control.
