Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review of Successful Offender and Rentry (SOAR) program model and curriculem, to include recommending new curricula based on the population and its needs. Provide training to Jail staff on curricula and any curricula changes Provide up to 20 total days of services over a 12 month period. Must provide a minimum of 5 days of on site meetings with the MCDOC staff and Superintendent. Utilization of technology ie; Zoom or conference calls can be utlitilzed to supplement remaining days of service Review and make recommendations on facitlites data collection and recidivism rates specific to the SOAR program over the past 5 years. Staff Training and review of departments ORAS assessment in preparation for validation of ORAS in future initiatives following the completion of this project. Provide a finalized detailed report and presentation, in conjunction with the MCDOC team, to utilize when seeking further initiatives and grant opportunities.
