Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All areas are to be treated for roaches, spiders, ant, mice, and other pests, inside and outside of buildings.; 2. All areas are to be treated on at least a monthly basis (kitchens/cafeterias, food labs and special education labs will require callbacks).; 3. A schedule of treatment dates must be provided the Maintenance and Operations Director.; 4. A pretreatment will be performed during the first two weeks of July each year.; 5. No treatments to be made during school hours.; 6. Vendor must furnish Maintenance and Operations Director a complete listing of Hazardous Chemicals used and applicable Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs).; 7. Callbacks will be expected and will be made by the Maintenance and Operations Manager or the Child Nutrition Director.; 8. Evaluations will be made semi-annually on service.; 9. Two references are requested if you have not worked for the Ben Hill County School Board previously.; 10. Vendors must have sufficient equipment and personnel to perform work in a timely manner.; 11. All employees must be willing to submit to Georgia Background check.
