Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must be able to redesign the website to be centered on the Astronomy community (from backyard novices to professionals). Vendor must provide a modern design that is well suited for displaying content on a variety of platforms (mobile, desktop, etc.), uses up to date W3 standards, and makes it easy to identify what we do at NANOGrav (pulsar timing science). Vendor must implement a better site map and navigation scheme to reduce duplication of content. Vendor must implement a user interface that allows users to write articles and publish to the site to be approved by the Press Officer. All written content should draw from our NANOGrav Glossary to automatically underline terms which when hovered over, create a pop-up with the definition. Ability for the Press Officer to edit and approve content before it goes live. Integration to social media platforms. Vendor must be able to integrate with the internal resource management system, ResourceSpace. Account management should be handled by Google Workspace Suite to include: Access to an internal section of the website which allows them to write & submit content, edit author profile, and see internal documents/resources/links. Client notification via email and text of package delivery, retrieval instructions, authorization code and locker number.
