Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Floor Cleaner/Degreaser Steam Bay: 3300 gals / 10-330 gal totes per year • Interior Bus Mop Soap: 1980 gals/6-330 gal totes per year • Bus Wash Soap: 200–2310 gals/7-330 gal totes per year • Drying Agent Bus Wash: 275 gals/5-55 gal drums per year These quantities are estimates and will vary dependent upon dilution rates proposed if different than current dilutions. Currently dilution rates are as follows: • Floor Cleaner/Degreaser Steam Bay: 1:60 • Interior Bus Mop Soap: 1:60 • Bus Wash Soap: 1:60 • Drying Agent Bus Wash: 1:60 All products offered must have the following characteristics: • Environmentally safe and minimize impacts to wastewater. • Highly concentrated • Contain no petroleum distillates • Soap, detergents, cleaners shouldn't enhance wastewater characteristics including, but not limited to o BOD, o pH, o sulfates, and o phosphates. � Wastewater characteristics will be considered at the point of discharge. • Biodegradable preferred • Non-corrosive, non-scaling, and non-flammable • Low Odor level, low foaming • Free rinsing and fast acting • Water soluble • Free of all pulmonary and skin irritants without the use of special clothing or protective devises • Safe to use on concrete, tile, chrome, glass, plastic, rubber, and painted surfaces • Technical inserts and safety data sheets
