Specifications include, but are not limited to: Specific Tasks & Deliverables • To effect the liquidation of cryptocurrency at the most favorable terms available at the earliest possible time following receipt of the cryptocurrency instrument. • To wire proceeds, net of contracted fees/costs, to the banking institution on file for the recipient System institution as soon as possible after liquidation. • To efficiently perform any required donor qualification tasks. • To interface at all times professionally and courteously with donors and System staff. • To provide appropriate and necessary customer service resources to System staff to allow for the efficient and effective handling of all transactions, during no less than the regular operating hours of the System: 8am to 5pm ET, Monday through Friday. • To provide the service at reasonable and market competitive cost.
