Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prepare customized request for proposal (RP) that is generally consistent with the State of New Hampshire RFP template and consult with the NH Department of Justice on the RFP requirements to solicit qualified bids from deferred compensation providers for investment management, record keeping/administration, communication/education, and onsite field support and participant advisory services. b. Assist NH Deferred Compensation Commission in developing minimum service requirements to ensure responses from qualified organizations. c. Conduct an evaluation and ratings of each proposal’s administrative services and capabilities. d. Conduct an evaluation and analysis of each proposal’s investment products, assuming up to 25 investment options, including an analysis of Stable Value Products.
