Specifications include, but are not limited to: TAMU seeks to obtain a telehealth platform that can immediately deploy a complete suite of features to be used in a variety of telehealth service delivery models of care (I.e., school-based settings, primary care offices, direct-to-consumer, jails, community centers). The expectations from a new platform are HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance, simple user interface, multi-point videoconferencing with high connection success in rural settings (or other area with limited bandwidth), secure data storage with respect to recordings and patient documents, availability and accessibility of recordings of sessions, reduced costs, interoperability with shared calendars, patient-facing and within-organization scheduling, remote completion of consent forms and routine outcome monitoring assessment forms, IT support for patients, providers and staff user of the platform, and reduced duplication of efforts on multiple platforms. The successful proposer shall provide evidence of previous implementations of the specifications described in Section 2 as well as previous experience working with higher education and/or organizations with an emphasis on training unlicensed providers.
