Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor is to supply all equipment and materials for a complete and operating air conditioning system. 1.2 Vendor is to supply all lifting equipment and transporting equipment to unload and install new packaged HVAC unit as designated on the plans. Place on existing concrete equipment pad located per plans. 1.3 Pour 8 new concrete pads for the new units. 1.4 Install 8 new 12.5 ton, gas heat and electrical cooling package units and 8- ¾ ton wall mounted units and 8 - outside condenser ductless unit. 1.5 Provide and install all new supply and return duct connect from the new units and duct transitions supported from the ground and fasten duct to the wall penetrations. 1.6 Make all electrical connections as required for a complete operating system. New electrical line and metal conduit can be run under the building through the crawl space. Any exposed area inside the occupied building space all electrical must be installed in ridge GI metal pipe and securely fastened to the wall and ceiling.
