NSB will work with the team to develop an Implementation Plan, outlining procedures executed as part of this project to refresh hardware (Including 4 servers hosting UC Apps) and Upgrade UC Applications. Installation of an additional host (1 Server hosting UC Apps in Anchorage), this server will expand our CUCM environment, hosting phones for Prudhoe bay. The vendor will be onsite in Utqiaġvik while installing new hardware and refreshing the applications/software. All current applications; CUCM, CUC, Singlewire paging server, CUPS, and CER will continue normal operations during and after the new hardware/software install. The vendor will install the new host in Anchorage after Utqiagivik’s installation is complete. Vendor will update current and new endpoints to newest firmware’s that is provided with CUCM 14.0.
