This is a Sources Sought notice, not a request for either a quote, proposal, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to obtain industry comments and knowledge only for the purpose of assessing the availability of small business concerns for potential set-aside. No award will be made from this Sources Sought. No solicitation is available at this time. The 5th Contracting Squadron is seeking small business concerns for Tobacco Cessation Hotline services at Minot AFB, ND. The NAICS code is 624190. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used by the Government to determine the acquisition strategy for the subject acquisition. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform tobacco cessation counseling and hotline services as defined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for enrollees of the 5th Medical Group at Minot AFB, ND and their dependents or beneficiaries.
