Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The Contractor will provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform painting and related painting work. Painting services may include exterior and interior spaces including walls, ceilings, trim, exposed pipes, etc. and surface preparation. • Contractor shall be responsible for the clean-up and removal of all debris from the premises and for relocating left over materials to a designated storage location. • The contractor shall be responsible to furnish all plant, erection equipment, labor, materials, supplies, services, equipment, and other facilities required, necessary, or incidental to the work required or contemplated for the completion of the project(s) awarded. • Site shall be cleaned on a daily basis - debris to be removed and disposed of off-site in a legal manner. USNH campuses dumpsters are unacceptable for Contractor use. • At the completion of any work, the contractor shall immediately remove all his tools, supplies and equipment from the job site and leave all work areas in a broom-clean condition.
