Specifications include, but are not limited to: •On-Call Plumbing Services includes but is not limited to the labor, materials, equipment,tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement,installation, and/or upgrade of electrical systems in all municipal buildings (APPENDIXA)in the Town of Salem NH.•Plumbing systems include, but are not limited to; piping, hot water piping, domestic hotwater piping, cold water piping, domestic water, natural gas piping, drain piping,fittings, domestic hot water heaters and generation equipment, pumps, drains, vents,clean outs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, sanitary systems and any other associated plumbing.•On-Call Plumbing Services includes response to service requests as well as emergencyresponse for related plumbing needs.
