Specifications include, but are not limited to: a)The Contractor shall provide approximately [4] designated TRS personnel with access toContractor’s digital library of training content.b)Digital content must be applicable to employees of a public entity. TRS will evaluate theavailable (off-the-shelf) content and determine whether it is applicable.c)Commercial off-the-shelf training materials provided by Contractor should cover thefollowing ethics, legal, and compliance topics:•Hotline•Gifts and entertainment•Fraud prevention•Conflicts of interests•Personal trading•HIPAAd)Contractor must provide access to their digital library to the designated TRS’ personneland should have an option to download the materials to be used as part of TRS training.
