Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delaware State University is soliciting proposals for an Equestrian Training and Competition Facility within (or not to exceed) 25 miles driving distance from the University’s main campus in Dover, Delaware. This RFP requires: 1) Lease option only. In this case the term of the contract between the successful bidder and the University shall be for one year starting July 01, 2022. With an option to renew the contract for four (4) one-year extensions by negotiation. 2) Lease to Purchase. Under this option the vendor shall provide leasing and purchase payment details and supporting payment schedules. However, payment schedules, structure of the deal, any option fee, etc. should be very clear without any ambiguity. All other details must be included. In the case of any missing details, it will be University’s sole discretion to elaborate on whatever interpretation it deems necessary.
