Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 Vendors must be able to securely integrate with JP Morgan Chase for all credit card processing, and allow the end-users (via mobile phone, website, or 1-800 phone number) to pay for parking during the active fee hours. 3.1.1.2 The selected vendor will need to be approved by the University’s technical review board and system payment integration team, and meet the Office of General Counsel’s contractual requirements. 3.1.1.3 System must be PCI compliant. 3.1.1.4 Supplier must be able to support the entire system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. 3.1.1.5 Customizable solutions of the system to fit multi-faceted roles. 3.1.1.6 Events live by July 2022 and Permits live by 2023.
