Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide technical and training assistance in support of DVR District Staff implementing the DVR SCEP, including the following deliverables: 1. Provide career readiness curricula for use statewide, which will include lesson plans and corresponding materials in areas such as those listed below: - Goals and Expectations - Job Searching - Resume Writing - Cover Letters - Workplace Safety - Interviewing - Internship Preparation - Local Employment Trends - Emerging Fields - Other related areas: a. Provide training to DVR and teaching staff to successfully deliver curriculum. b. Provide ongoing technical assistance as needed prior to and during the DVR SCEP. 2. Conduct a series of career exploration presentations (3-5 sessions, 1 hour each) for high school youth who are working with DVR. Please provide examples of topics to be covered, as well as an overview of the content, and delivery methods. The presentations must be able to be conducted in-person and/or remotely as webinars.
