Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Design, plan, and execute a public awareness campaign designed to highlight the benefits of regular school attendance and the negative impacts of chronic absenteeism 2.1.1. The campaign will target youth, and their families, who are impacted by chronic absenteeism. 2.1.2. The campaign will run at critical times during the 2022-23 school year, 2023-24 school year, and August\September of the 2024-25 school year. 2.1.3. The Consultant will make recommendations to the State regarding the most effective messages for the target audience(s); the most effective vehicles to deliver those messages; and the most effective schedule to deliver those messages. 2.1.4. The campaign should motivate target audience(s) to take intended action. 2.1.5. The campaign should contribute to improved attendance rates among targeted youth.
