Specifications include, but are not limited to: Office and Restroom Renovation at Third Floor. a. Demolition of select areas of third floor offices and existing restrooms including, but not limitted to partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, casework, fixtures, accessories, mehcanical system components, plumbing system components, electrical system components. b. Construction of new office fitout and handicapped accessible restrooms including, but not limitted to partitions, doors, glass partition systems, ceilings, finishes, casework, fixtures, accessories, mehcanical system components, plumbing system components, electrical system components. c. Associated demolition and construction as reqired to complete the work of the contract.
