Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a service agreement for the following patient simulators: Laerdal SimMan 3G Laerdal SimMan Essential The service agreement must meet the following requirements: Provide annual on-site service to determine health of and identify issues with patient simulators at no additional cost. Provide end-user training on the operation of patient simulators and the troubleshooting of common issues. Technical support is available during university business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Communication between end-users and technical support is possible via both audio and video links. Replacement of regularly wearing patient simulator components (to include tubing, connectors, bladders, electrical wires/connectors, adhesives, and lithium-ion batteries) at no additional cost. Guided installation of replacement parts is available via audio and video link.
