Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reroof the mechanical roof area of the Natatorium and replace the two (2) existing Dektron HVAC systems with new aquagreen units and their connections to the facility. In accordance of the Request For Qualifications (RFQ) 2020-2-61 for a high-performance roofing and waterproofing manufacturer, the materials specified have been selected by the City of Allen and will be purchased directly from the roofing and waterproofing manufacturer. Roofing Contractor shall act as prime Contractor for re-roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical for the above referenced facility as indicated in the General Conditions, Specifications, and Drawings. B. Wet Glazing & Waterproofing Windows over roof sections A-1 & A-2 1. Remove any existing sealants from the window frame glass to metal gaskets, metal to metal joints and metal to stone. 2. Cut all existing window rubber seals flush with the window frame. 3. Wipe the window frame glass to metal and metal to metal joints utilizing multiple white rags and solvent until no residual material is visible on the white rags. 4. Wet glaze all prepared window frame glass to metal joints utilizing the All Sill black silicone sealant in a neat and professional manner. 5. Seal all metal to stone and metal to metal joints with Tuff Stuff sealant tooling to properly shed water. 6. Contractor to provide a 2 year workmanship and material warranty.
