Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preform work on Taxiway M and B and install one GA run-up off taxiway C. The existing Taxiway B & M pavement surfaces are showing signs of deterioration due to extended use and service life constraints. Reconstruction of the pavement along with an update of the taxiway geometry, as applicable, and associated airfield electrical improvements are required at this time. In addition, current airport operations require the addition of one general aviation (GA) run-up area along Taxiway C (north). The contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the scope of work entitled “Taxiway M/B Reconstruction and GA Run-Up Area Project” per the drawings, plans and specifications provided herein as Volume II - Technical Specifications and Geotechnical Report, subject to all terms and conditions contained in this ITB.
